  • The Ethanol Disaster  By : GARKO
Whether or not you believe in global warming everyone agrees that the environment should be protected. And this article tells you where the solutions are… and aren’t! . Biofuels have achieved a great deal of popularity but that is mainly because the politicians have been pushing it hard along with the media. . The most prevalent variety of biofuel is Ethanol made from corn and combined with gasoline into something called E85, which means it's 15% gasoline and 85% ethanol. But the actual ratio is subject to change due to the outside temperatrue and it might be better named E70-85. During cold weather, more gasoline needs to be added to the mixture to ensure the fuel works properly, so E85 is at least 70% ethanol.

  • Operating Your Car Using Trash?  By : GARKO
Looks like your friendly neighborhood junk man may be well on their way to supporting energy independence. Nope, not kidding. While corn may be the most recognized source of ethanol these days--that could soon be changing. According to an article in the April 2008 issue of Popular Mechanics, while researchers have been devoting considerable time and brain power to exploring other feedstocks such as rapeseed and other sources for the production of ethanol, garbage is next up. Coskata is a startup biofuel company that is in the process of opening its first energy production plant in Illinois that declares it has the ability to produce ethanol from just about any carbon-rich source, for and here is the best part less than one dollar per gallon. It's thanks to their use of microorganisms which secrete ethanol and digest carbon monoxide and hydrogen. Those gasses are what is left after the feedstock is heated to a downright HOT Ninteen hundred degrees Farenheit. The forecast from the company is to generate over 100 million gallons per year by 2011.

  • The Truth Of How Tesla Almost Reshaped The History Of The Automobile And Prevented SMOG  By : GARKO
Brilliant inventor Nikola Tesla had an Electric Pierce Arrow in 1930, he replaced the Interal Combustion Engine (ICE) with an electric motor. The energy was supplied from a black box of radio tubes, in the glove compartment. The box had an antenna sticking out. Tesla would tinker with some tuning devices and locate the right frequency and got 240 volts delivered through the air to his car. The car operated in near total silence. He kept this automobile stashed in a barn near Niagra Falls. He was sending the energy from the Power Plant, some how. Tesla said this power was something that everyone could tap into. J.P.Morgan, globalist banker and one of the original criminals behind the Federal Reserve’s coup of America in 1913, did not like the idea. The SOB stopped funding and Tesla's Wardencliffe Tower was smote. We were denied FREE power. And because of this we have to buy fossil fuel and inhale smog!
  • The Truth Of How Nikola Tesla Almost Reshaped Automotive History And Prevented Air Pollution  By : GARKO
Genius scientist Nikola Tesla had a car called the Electric Pierce Arrow back in 1930, he replaced the Interal Combustion Engine (ICE) with an electric motor. The energy source was an ambiguous box of radio tubes, in the glove compartment. The box had an antenna sticking out. Tesla would mess around with some tuning devices and zero in on the right frequency and 240 volts would zap the car through the air system! . The car operated in near total silence. He had his vehicle hidden in Niagra Falls barn. Somehow he was sending the power into the engine from the local power plant. Tesla said this electrical power could be made possible for everyone. J.P.Morgan, ruling elite world banker and co founder of the Federal Reserve, did not like the idea. The SOB cut off all funding and Tesla's Wardencliffe Tower died without a funeral. We were denied FREE power. Now we pay for fossil fuel & SMOG.

  • Global Warming Articles: Few Facts and Data You Have to Know About Global Warming Articles  By : Ie Kuo Yen
Natural disasters have truly been a part of the problems in most countries. Nowadays, this has become more common and evident in international news as before. This is truly the result of global warming. The earth has certainly been hot these days. It was really observed as such since there was fire and dust which made the skies of Indonesia turn orange because of drought. It was really so as different hurricanes and tsunami hit the different part of USA and even on the other part of Asia. Also, there are real observations on the size of the ice in the Arctic and Antarctic has been recorded and this has supported the real effect of earth's warming.
  • The Global Warming Hot Air  By : Calvin Joness
We all know of the doom and gloom predictions of Global Warming and Climate Change with rising sea levels, super storms and it all sound like a lot of hot water we will be in? Many Global Warming Alarmists tell of a time when sea levels will wipe out human civilizations near the shorelines. That makes sense, so rather than beating my head against the Global Warming Alarmists Walls, I would rather use them to serve my will to beef up our civilizations flows to withstand and/or adapt to, without disruption any sudden change, whether from a man-made caused war or Mother Nature. “We cannot say for certain how much the planet may be warming, how much is due to human activities versus natural cycles, or whether these changes in global temperature would be mostly good or mostly bad for the majority of people,” Spencer wrote in the monograph. In order to control and avoid the effects of global warming we must first agree with a fact that it is occurring, and take some measures to end or even reduce it. Basically global warming is the ascent of the earth’s surface temperature due to chemicals in the atmosphere. One of the comprehensive effects of global warming is the quickening of the hydrogen cycle. “I find no compelling scientific evidence that global warming is caused by anything other than ordinary, natural climatic cycles. Receding glaciers, rising sea levels, dying coral reefs, migrating plants and animals, reduced daily temperature fluctuations, and more pronounced and frequent "extreme precipitation events” (a large amount of precipitation in a short amount of time) are all suggested by today’s climate models as a consequence of global warming. The mechanics of global warming are simple. Maybe the whole world needs to rethink the level playing field rules over again and then we can sit down and talk about Global Warming, CO2 emissions and the Kyoto Treaty or a more reasonable version of it. Yet also consider that if the US were to stop its pollution then our industrial might would be severely hampered and if China and other nations did not do the same then the playing field would be so far tipped that trade deficits would increase to an alarming rate and even more industry would move to foreign shores. Another result of warming can be seen in the Kenai Peninsula where the largest insect infestation in North America has decimated the growth of white spruce trees. Regardless of what is to come you and I will be well served by the beliefs and strategies that people with disabilities use to - not just to survive - but to live well. I have long been concerned about the effects of global warming. You see we live on the surface of the Planet and our species has evolved to deal with these things and we as an intelligent species are adapting to handle the dangers and changes of living on the hostile surface of planet. They talk of crop failures, long term droughts, flash floods and re-distribution of giant ice bergs causing changes in the balancing of tectonic plates triggering seismic events, Tsunamis and a host of other issues with sea currents, weather flows and then moving us into an ice age which might last over 10,000 years? Urban heat is one thing mankind is doing by planting concrete everywhere, but those changes in weather flows are generally regional and dissipate.
  • Solar Power And Its Future  By : Calvin Joness
Thanks to the Bush Administrations Alternative Power Initiatives we are seeing money flowing to alternative energy research and great strides being made in the private sector. School buses run lots of lights that warn motorists that kids will be crossing and all these lights could be run from solar power or from solar power assisted batteries. Experts have said that the technology of using photovoltaic cells and photovoltaic shingles is a major breakthrough in the harnessing of solar power. In the meantime, solar power applications are being developed with a focus on hybrids. In this case, solar power can be the saving grace—the only easy way to provide energy to a place that is not easily accessible to draw energy from other sources.
