First of all, if you want to remain in shape basics aerobics are very important, in other words, exercises of long duration but with little-half intensity : running, biking, and swimming. If we are scarce of time then we discard the biking activity, if there is no pool around then we discard the swimming activity, and at the end but not the least we have left the most primitive physical and more used activity: running.
