Turning back the hand of the Clock with anti aging skin care products.

By: Chimerenka

It is no news that products such as Wrinkle creams, moisturizing lotions, mud wraps, bleaching products, have been known over
the years to make people part with millions in whatever currency of exchange yearly all in a bid to reverse time
or simply try to cheat it.
It would be a frightening task to try to catalog these products.
Some people buy aging skin
care products and others make their own using herbal recipes.
Whether one is a buyer or is a producer,
there are important points that remain the same if the desired result is to be achieved.

One of the surest ways to reduce skin damage and aging is Protecting your skin when exposed to
the rays of the sun . This issue can not be over emphasized. It is
unfortunate however that people still
expose themselves to the rays of the sun without protection. It is of the utmost importance to have
a sunscreen for the prevention of premature wrinkles, skin cancer, age spots, blotches, leathery lined
skin, and various unsightly growths. Because the elastin in skin breaks downs
due to exposure to the ultraviolet rays of the sun, staying out of the sun would greatly help us
have
younger, healthier looking skin. Skin without elasticity, heals much more slowly, and
more easily gets bruised. It is of course not entirely possible to avoid the sun
completely since we must go
about our daily activities and they can't all be out of the sunlight. The only option then left to us is to protect our skins with sunscreen
products. starting an aging skin care
routine at an early age is your best option because damage from the sun may not show up visibly until
you are
older and and since you don't even want it to show up, you take care of it before it
does.

A dirty and oily skin is certainly a step in the wrong direction as far as skin care is
concerned this makes using a good face cleanser one of the most important aging skin care
steps. Let me state this very clearly here, Never use a bar of soap on your skin from the
neck up because this dries out your skin. Rather use a face cleanser
suitable for
your skin type. (hey! have I mentioned that you need to know your skin type? You do! ).

A good cleanser clears makeup, dirt, oil, and wash them away so it should be sufficient to use a suitable cleanser
once in the evening.
It is important to always use lukewarm water on
your face In your aging skin care program. Please never use hot or cold water.
Use only warm water for your face whether in the
morning or in the evening after your make up has been removed to clean your face with your
cleanser.
Having
or not having a toner as a part of your aging skin care program is your personal choice.
many skincare experts believe it removes any dirt and traces of makeup and oil while others
believe that using the proper cleanser does the same thing and therefore believe a
toner to be a mere duplication of the process.
The decision is yours. Check the result you get from your cleanser and know if you need a
toner or not.

Weekly exfoliating of the skin would be a great addition to your aging skin care
program as it helps remove dead skin cells
from the top layer. Some people on the other hand, prefer a monthly chemical peel . This gives them a near
instantaneous result. Everyone can benefit from this
procedure as there are also over the counter exfoliating products available to try at home.

The quality of care we give to our skin makes the difference between a healthy looking skin
and a prematurely aged skin therefore always use a moisturizer whether your skin is oily, dry,
or normal unless you suffer from acne.
