Chanel has introduced its first range of sports watches in the J12 collection. It is yet another addition to to Chanel's range of luxury products and features an exquisite line of watches which caters urban and sophisticated preferences. Simply put, the J12 watch continues the history of unmatched craftsmanship that is part of the Swiss watchmaking tradition. The Chanel J12 watch is handcrafted in Switzerland in the city of Chaux-de-Fonds. Each watch is considered a piece of art. The J12 watch collection includes: the Ceramic edition, the Superleggera edition, the Joaillerie edition and the Limited Edition series. The J12 H0970 features a curved case contained within a black ceramic case. Because of the ceramic case is resistant to scratches and contains elements of tungsten carbide, it is not only fashionable, but durable too. J12 H0684- also belongs to the ceramic range. The sleek design along with the scratchproof sapphire crystal and unidirectional rotating bezel enhances the supreme artistry of this range. There are variations of this watch which consists of one with diamonds and the other with a chronograph. The Superleggera or J12 H2004, is a chronograph timepiece which has been certified as accurate by the COSC. It has a distinguished hi-tech black case which is made of ceramic. What makes the H2004 attractive to the eye is the black rubber bracelet and matte finish. The Superleggera is considered an elegant timepiece with artistic style. There is a brushed aluminum version of the Superleggera known as the H1624 series. The Joaillerie, or J12 H1748 is styled in white gold. It is a 38mm automatic timepiece that is constructed in a hi-tech ceramic black case. It is known for its diamonds and baguette-cut rubies. There are 12 versions of this edition. The Joaillerie is one of the most desired from the J12 series due to its amazing visual appeal. The Special Edition J12 is considered a timepiece for the serious collector. The J12 H1712 Tourbillion is comprised of white gold and set in a hi-tech ceramic black case. This manual winding watch displays the supreme craftsmanship of Chanel. A white ceramic version of this watch is also available.
