Everyone knows what to put on the front of their business cards. That is where the company name, phone number, email, and business address are located. Sometimes, color business cards will even have a flashy image or catchy slogan on the front, too. This is all basic stuff. But what about the back of your business cards? That is a lot of space that would be wasted if you did not think about what you could put there. There is no question that getting a custom business card made can be very profitable, so go ahead and come up with something unique to put on the back, too. As long as all of the pertinent information is on the front, you can explore a little bit when it comes to the back. 1. Acronyms Come up with an acronym for a common word, and put it on the back of your print business card. Make it something that is related to your business. 2. Admission Pass If you own an attraction (or have the ability to buy passes to an attraction) print up a pass on the back that allows the customer to visit for free. This can be a tremendous way to be remembered by your customers. 3. Bible Verse If your business is religious in nature, have a popular or inspiring Bible verse printed on the back. Many people will look favorably upon you by seeing your spiritual side. 4. Coupon Everybody loves discounts. Why not offer a discount to your customers right from the back of your business card? It may be the most use anyone will ever get from a custom business card. 5. Energy Saving Tips We all know that energy costs have skyrocketed. Your customers would certainly appreciate some advice on keeping their energy bills down. 6. Games This could be a great way to entice your customers to look at your card. Put a classic game, like Tic-Tac-Toe, on the back of your business cards. 7. Jokes Make your customers laugh with a joke. If possible, try to make the joke coincide with the type of business you are in. 8. Mini Resume Go ahead and use your business card as a way to advertise your experience. Put some of your resume credentials on the back. 9. Price List List some of your products, along with their prices, on the back of your business cards. That will save your customers a bit of research. 10. Song Lyrics Are you a musician? A producer? Songwriter? If so, put some song lyrics on the back of your card. This is especially effective if it is a well known song. Watch out for copyright infringement, though.
