Assuming your company offers software development services, the more pages about software development which link back to your page about software development, the higher your page will show up in search engine results. Simply put, this is because all these other pages are basically saying that your page about software development knows what it's talking about. Please note: NEVER PAY MONEY to people who claim to submit your site to 1000's of websites for one low price. This will not help your website and search engines will actually penalize it causing it to rank even lower in search results. Link Popularity is the term used to describe how "popular" your page is, which is determined by how many other pages link to your page. There are many ways to help your Link Popularity.
