The World of Warcraft is indeed an exciting place. The game is a game of strategy where strategy is needed from the very onset. You start strategizing from the very beginning. The World of Warcraft is certainly no place to hang around and wait for events to find you, not if you want to gain points. You get no fun just by being a spectator; you need to get into the action, especially where you have other players with an impressive rating of level 50 or even as high as 70. You have to know how to get there and get there quickly. The secret lies in making careful selections right from the start. World of Warcraft is a strategy game for its better part, and the strategizing begins right from the time you say 'go'. When making your character, you need to select your skills properly. A bit of foresight would be good. For example, if you want to become a Jewelcrafter, it is better that you take up Mining or Enchanting as your secondary skills. Mining will help you get free ore, and Enchanting will help you dispose of things you cannot sell after your jewel crafting pursuits. Secondly, you must decide beforehand what race and class your character must belong to. Races are especially important because that will determine how your entire game play will progress. You can be a Druid or a Rogue; you must decide on where your talents lie. Free ore can be obtained by mining and Jewel Crating will help you dispose all of the things that you can't sell. Races are to be determined much in prior to the start of the game as this will determine the progress of the game. You should know your positive and be prepared on your talents as they are very important. You must begin making items as soon as possible. Making grey items will do nothing for you; you must try to make the orange ones as soon as you can. These will not only increase your talents, it will also give you skill points. If you have a lot of items made (or found), try giving them away to someone. The surest thing that will happen is that you will gain a friend, and there is a chance that you get tipped too. When you begin the game proper, you need to start making items immediately. Grey items won't help you do nothing; the orange ones are the useful ones. They would increase your talents and give you skill points. They more items you make or find the better for you. When you get these items, it helps to give them to someone so as to make a friend and ally. There is also the possibility that the favor would be returned too. It is only after honing the talents that you even think of PvP rankings. Get into the arenas and get your honor points and arena points when you can, because this will bolster your currency for buying several more necessary items. It will also help you to strengthen your place in your alliance. Within as little as 4 days, you can master the ropes of the World of Warcraft and get ahead with your own steam.
