But never mind the rain will not upset the courtesy of the local people, they are so friendly and their attitude towards visitors is a credit to them. I can tell you this from personal experience. A lot of English is spoken in Thailand so you should not find it a hard task to get hold of unlimited tips to "take away" with you on Thai foods recipes. So man of my own favourite Thai meals don't include meat. If you've ever seen the meat sellers in the local markets in Thailand, you would probably comprehend why I prefer mostly vegetarian dishes when I visit! This is a personal thing truly; I have loads friends who applaud the local Thai meat dishes. Really though, I feel that sometimes the heaviness of the meat tang can mask the other subtle flavours in certain Thai dishes and who needs that? “Thai's Foods Recipes Cuisine as a culture can be seen through the window of one's kitchen”. For me I can’t wait for my next chance to visit Thailand again. Of course one of the main reasons is to participate once again in the rich cuisines on offer but also to renew old companionships. Thailand is a wonderful place to visit and who can say one day I may even consider retiring there!
