Trying to find something to eat at the last minute will make it harder to resist tempting, unhealthy foods. * Everyday Engage in Physical Activity Do not overwhelm yourself with an outrageous workout plan. Just use the stairs when available or do not worry about getting a good parking spot. Take advantage of walking when you can. Just 15 minutes daily of walking results in a 10 lb weight loss in only one year!
